Hi, I'm Reiko. I currently work as a specialist in massage and aromatherapy in the Netherlands.

 

After working as an editor in the publishing and media industry in Tokyo for 16 years, I moved to Europe in 2011. Reflecting on a slower-paced life, I began focusing on what brings me comfort and joy. Feeling that it was time to honor my true passion, I studied and trained in the UK, obtaining diplomas in clinical aromatherapy, massage, anatomy, physiology, and essential oil science. then become member of The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapist (IFPA).

 

In our daily lives, we encounter mental and physical stress. While moderate stress provides vitality, excessive stress impacts the mind and body. Finding personal relaxation methods, exercising, and maintaining quality sleep and nutrition are crucial, as I'm sure you all understand.

Taking time for oneself is essential, providing an opportunity to deepen understanding of both the body and mind. As a therapist in a field I wholeheartedly believe in, my natural instinct and allure toward working with essential oils and plant-based oils will continue to grow, becoming a lifelong ambition. I look forward to sharing my expertise with clients and leveraging the power of aromatherapy to promote a more harmonious state for them.
